Directions
Sauté chopped onion in a tablespoon of butter and two of oil. Brown the crumbled sausage with the chopped onion. Add the trimmed, washed radicchio cut into strips, and leave to soften for a few minutes. Deglaze with half a glass of red wine and season with salt and pepper. Add the ricotta and cook until the mixture thickens.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and toss in the sauce for a few minutes.
